How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and remove all associated personal data from our servers. Please note that this action is irreversible, and you will lose access to any remaining rewards, cash in your SolleWallet, and pending commission payouts.

1. Navigate to the top-right corner of the page and click on your profile icon to open the account menu.

2. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

3. On the Account Settings page, scroll down to find the Delete Account section.

4. Click on the Delete Account button. A confirmation modal will appear, asking you to confirm that you understand the implications of deleting your account. Read the message carefully and check the box labeled 'Yes, I understand'.

5. Once confirmed, click Delete Account again to complete the process. Your account and personal data will be deleted.
