The SmartPlan - automatically optimize your earnings
The SmartPlan is our monthly commission structure that is responsible for paying you on all reorder volume. We call it the “smart” plan because it automatically optimizes your pay each month by applying the highest commission percentage of 10% to your level with the highest amount of volume (within the first seven levels in your organization). PLUS, Starting at the rank of SollePro 2K, you also receive the High 5! Bonus. This adds an additional 1-5% percent to your highest volume level; you can check out more details in the chart at the bottom of the page.
Our Mentor Bonus also increases the commissions you receive on reorders for volume that you personally mentor! Simply put, our goal is to maximize your income so you can focus on maximizing customers’ experiences and results.
Get commission qualified
As a Brand Specialist, in order to be eligible to receive full commissions each month, you must meet the following monthly requirements.
The SmartPlan
Total OV: The sum of all qualification volume (QV) accrued within your organization on a monthly basis.
Top Account: The account on the first level of your organization that has the greatest amount of organizational volume “OV”.
Levels Paid: How many levels of your organization will be eligible to receive monthly commissions. The maximum amount of levels paid is seven.
Infinity Bonus: A monthly bonus paid out on all levels beyond your seventh level. Calculated by taking 1% of all the commissionable volume (CV) from the levels beyond your seventh level and multiplying it by the percentage listed for your rank in the SmartPlan. Click here to learn more.
High 5! bonus: An additional increase to the percent at which your level with the greatest organizational volume (OV) is paid. This bonus can increase your highest commission percentage from the standard 10% up to 15%.
Mentor Bonus: The Mentor Bonus is an additional monthly bonus that pays between 3-10% on all personally mentored volume from reorders during the month. Click here to learn more.
