15-Day Protocol
Upon waking up: Drink 10 oz. of water.
Before Breakfast: Take a serving of GoodFibrations in 10 oz. of water. Take 3 capsules of AmiTox DC.
7 am–10 am: Take a SolleVital with 16-20 oz. of water.
1 pm–4 pm: Take a SolleVital with 16-20 oz. of water.
15–30 minutes before dinner: Take a serving of GoodFibrations in 10 oz. of water, followed by another 10 oz. of water.
Before Bed: Take 2-3 capsules of Verdezymes and 2 capsules of ProBio IQ.
*Make necessary adjustments to ensure 3 bowel movements per day.
30-Day Protocol
Upon waking up: Drink 10 oz. of water.
Before Breakfast: Take a serving of GoodFibrations in 10 oz. of water. Take 3 capsules of AmiTox DC.
