It is taking some getting used to the flavors of some of the products, but I am making them work by finding ways to enhance flavors for my taste buds. I am very picky with flavors and textures. I started on Friday with the Vital and CinnaMate. Then started the Good Fibrations, Amitox DC, Fastract, Probio yesterday. I am already noticing some changes in my mental clarity. I also have noticed today when eating lunch (not so healthy lunch--ooops) I tasted the chemicals in my food. It did not taste good at all. I am not sure if that is the cleanse or not. I have found that when I eat things that are processed (which sadly is most of what my husband buys and kids will eat) that it just does not taste good. The cleanse is definitely doing it's job, but not causing my stomach to cramp. TMI- My bowel movements also have that chemical smell to them.
